LINKS Executive Director calls for a new security order in the South Caucasus that would eliminate buffer zones and landmines and open the region up for trade and co-operation.  

Speaking at a conference on the wider Black Sea region being held in Yerevan, Armenia, 14-15 January the Executive Director of LINKS spoke about the need to move forward the idea of a CSCE type Conference on Security and Co-operation in the Caucasus-Caspian Region.
