The Executive Director of LINKS, Dennis Sammut was the guest speaker at a well attended meeting hosted by the International Institute for Caspian Studies in Tehran on Sunday, 29th April 2007.
Representatives of many Embassies of European Union member states, diplomats from Russia, Kazakhstan Georgia, Japan, Australia and other countries, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Petroleoum, oil companies, think tanks, the Iranian Army and other institutions were present and participated in a brisk exchange of views after the presentation.
