Fifty students and young people from the Salyan region of Azerbaijan participated in the latest in a series of seminars being organised by LINKS on Parliamentary traditions and practises. The seminar was held at the International Press Club in Baku.
The guest speaker in the seminar was Mr Akram Abdulaev, the Member of Parliament of Azerbaijan representing the Salyan region. Other speakers from the UK and Azerbaijan addressed the seminar.
