LINKS Executive Director Dennis Sammut, accompanied by LINKS Programme Co-ordinator Catherine Smith had a meeting with the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia and current Chairman of the South Caucasus Parliamentary Initiative (SCPI) Mr Tigran Torosyan MP. Issues connected with the work of the Armenian presidency of SCPI were discussed. Also present was the current head of the SCPI Secretariat Lucine Haraptunyan.
