A LINKS delegation today had a meeting in Yerevan with the Permanent representative of the Nagorno Karabakh authorities in Yerevan Mr. Arman Melikyan. The LINKS delegation was made up of Dennis Sammut, Executive Director, Catherine Smith Programmes Co-ordinator and Lasha Darsalia, South Caucasus Co-ordinator. The meeting was also attended by Jonathan Cohen, Chairman of the Executive Steering Committee of the Consortium Initiative. Also present was Tevan Poghosyan, Executive Director of ICHD.
