The Head of the OSCE Chairmanship Directorate at the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Ivan Naydenov, this morning received the Executive Director of LINKS at his office in Sofia. Issues connected with the forthcoming meeting of the Plenary Assembly of SCPI in Sofia were discussed.
