At a briefing held at the Palace of Westminster LINKS launched its full report on the 2003 Parliamentary Elections and 2004 Presidential Elections in Georgia. The one hundred page report co-authored by Laurence Broers and Julian Broxup discusses in detail issues connected with both elections and with the momentous political events surrounding the change of Government in Georgia in November 2003. The Briefing was also attended by the Director of LINKS London Office, Stephen Nash and the Chairman of the All Party Group on the South Caucasus of the British Parliament, Angus Robertson MP.
