Chisinau, 8th April Moldovan civil society activists and representatives of political parties participated at a round table meeting held in Chisinau at the end of a LINKS project aimed at increasing the participation of young people in Moldovan political life which coincided with the Moldovan parliamentary elections. The project was led by LINKS country Director for Moldova, George Simonishvili and LINKS Programme Co-coordinator Catherine Smith. In the course of the project LINKS engaged with Moldovan political parties and also ran various media campaigns, including hundreds of adverts on Moldovan radio and TV stations encouraging young people to vote in the elections.
