LINKS Executive Director, Dennis Sammut, accompanied by Jonathan Cohen, Chairman of the Executive Steering Committee of the Consortium Initiative, a coalition of NGOs working on the Karabakh Issue, and Mark White, Senior Advisor on Conflict Issues in the UK Department for International Development this afternoon met the Head of the International Department at the Office of the President of Azerbaijan, Mr Novruz Mamedov. Issues connected with the Karabakh Issue were discussed in the meeting. The delegation later also met the head of the Political Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Mr Elman Agaev and other officials.
