LINKS Executive Director, Dennis Sammut, in his capacity as Co-Rapporteur of the Caucasus Caspian Commission, this morning met the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federation Council of Russia and Deputy Head of the Russian Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mikhail Margelov. Mr Sammut briefed Mr Margelov on progress in the preparation of the Commission report.
