LINKS Executive Director, Dennis Sammut led a training workshop for leaders of Iraqi think tanks, held in the city of Irbil in the Kurdish Region of Iraq. The Workshop was attended by around fifty participants representing more than twenty organisations from different parts of the country. Mr Sammut was in Irbil as guest of the International Republican Institute of the United States.
