Former Speaker of the Scottish parliament, the Rt Hon George Reid was the guest speaker at the Conference Armenia and Europe 2008 jointly organised by LINKS and the European Democratic Movement in Yerevan on 26 March. Mr Reid reflected on the topic from an Irish-Scottish perspective and raised some challenging issues that were later debated by participants.
