The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office hosted a meeting and reception in the Locarno Rooms at the FCO building in Whitehall to mark the end of the four year project to underpin the Nagorno Karabakh peace process, implemented by LINKS, Conciliation Resources and International Alert with the financial support of the UK government from 2003 to 2007. Representatives of the EU, the OSCE, a number of EU governments as well as about forty participants from the South Caucasus attended the event during which the work of the consortium in the political, media and civil society spheres was outlined.
