The Executive Director of LINKS, Dennis Sammut has spoken on the relations between Armenia and Europe at a conference organised in Yerevan by LINKS and the Armenian NGO European Democractic Movement. In his speech Dennis Sammut stressed that Armenia's first line of security should be good relations with its neighbours.
